April 21, 2011 - Thunder Bay, ON Celina Reitberger, Executive Director of NALSC, and Claude Chum, Chief of Police, NAPS, signing the Protocol at the NALSC office.

On April 2011, the Nishnawbe-Aski Legal Services Corporation (NALSC) and the Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service (NAPS) entered into a Protocol to cooperate with each other in integrating the NALSC programs such that NAPS refers cases to these programs. The Protocol includes pre-charge and post-charge diversions to the Restorative Justice program; referrals to the Victim Witness Liaison; and, referrals to the Talking Together program.
